Home Description
Our apartment is on the 2nd
floor of a new and modern apartment block built in March 2003 and sleeps up to 5.
The apartment has two bedrooms (1 double and one twin), lounge with 2
sofas leading onto sun terrace, American kitchen/diner, bathroom and
utility room with washing facilities. Lift and
ramp access to the building for wheelchair
access.

Facilities
Master Bedroom:
Double bed, fitted wardrobes and
bedside tables. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, fitted
wardrobes and a bedside table.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted
including a microwave.
Utility
Room: Washing
machine, water heater and cleaning utensils.
Living
Room: 3 seater sofa
and a 2 seater sofa, Satellite TV (English Channels) and pine
furniture.
Dining
Area: Includes a pine table and
chairs.
Bathroom:
Family Bathroom with toilet,
bidet, bath and overhead shower.
The apartment also has a
communal swimming pool limited to private residents.
Ceiling fans
and stand fans cool the apartment.
For the winter, a portable oil filled radiator is available.
An
intercom phone is in the apartment for security and access through the main apartment
block door.
Single fold down bed
available for a 5th guest.
Flexible changeover days.
Local information pack in the apartment.
There is ample parking on the roadside around the apartment, however, the
underground car park must not be used.
Please take into
consideration that this is a residential area and therefore noise levels
must be kept to a minimum. This is a non-smoking apartment and we
would ask that smoking be restricted to the balcony. |
