BOOKING CONDITIONS
(please read carefully)
Conditions of rental
Bookings between the owners of the property and the
person making the booking are only valid after the fully completed and
signed booking form has been received by the property owners together with
the appropriate deposit and a subsequent receipt/confirmation in writing
has been sent to the client.
Booking
By signing the booking form, the Client accepts all
conditions of booking and acknowledges that they may not share or sublet
the property with anyone not listed on the booking form without
discretional permission from the owners.
Payments
A deposit of 25% of the apartment tariff is required with
the initial booking form and the balance is payable no later than 8 weeks
prior to departure date. A security deposit of £100 is also payable with
final balance which will be refunded after safe return of the keys to the
owners and a clean "no breakages" report from our agents in Spain. Failure
to pay balance by 8 weeks prior to departure will result in the owners
reserving the right to cancel your booking.
Directions and keys will be sent approx. 4 weeks prior to your
departure by recorded post.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing, signed by the person
who signed the booking form. Cancellations should be sent recorded
delivery and the following charges will apply: -
More than 8 weeks prior to departure…………..Loss of deposit
Between 8 and 4 weeks prior to departure……..Loss of 60% of total charges
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure……………Loss of 100% of total charges
Occupancy
The property will be available from 4pm on day of
arrival, and vacated by 12noon on day of departure, but these times can be
made flexible on application to the owners if availability allows.
Restrictions
Persons and children under 21 years are not acceptable
unless accompanied by parent(s) or a responsible adult. Please note that
we are unable to accept either all male or all female parties.
Liability
The use of the accommodation and all amenities
including the communal swimming pool is entirely at the user's own risk,
and no responsibility can be accepted by the owners or their agents for
injury, theft, damage or loss of personal belongings which remain at the
Client's risk at all times. Similarly, no responsibility for loss or
damage to any car or its belongings can be accepted.
Children
Clients are asked to ensure that children in their care are
supervised at all times paying particular attention to the obvious dangers
of the balcony and pool areas and are reminded that their usage remains at
Client's own risk.
Security
The Owners and their Agents reserve the right to enter
the property at any time for whatever reason.
Internal management regulations and use of the pool and pool area rules

All tenants and occupants shall comply with the management
and pool rules.
Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave.
